ski movie… cant remember name…?

its not that good of a movie, but i was quoting parts of it and realized i don’t know what it was called.

its about some ski bums/drunks… there some antics… some dude is trying to win this girl, then her boyfriend shows up… and is in a wheelchair because of some extreme stunt….
and theres a scene where the guy tried to make love to the hot tub and got his willy stuck.

and somewhere near the end a new gondola is unveiled, only to see some dude screwing the owners daughter…

does any of that sound familiar?
