What are some good off season exercises or sports to get ready for ski season?
I flunked ski school this year, but plan to try it again next year. had trouble stopping
you flunk ski school by not even making it to the ski lift the first day and not making it all the way down the easy slope the 2nd day and having to walk down the last 1/4th of the way holding your skis!

Well depending on what age you are,
if you are still in highschool you should try baseball/softball.
It’s a perfect combination of upper and lower body exercise that is sure to keep you in good shape.
Or if you are older than that,
I would honestly try to submit to a gym for boxing or palates.
I have just had good experience with both of those,
and they keep you working.
just general excrise!!
How do you flunk ski school? I didn’t realize that was possible, haha. Maybe you should switch to snowboarding.. I’m not going to tell you it’s easier.. I hear it’s actually a lot harder, but I had fun doing it last year and I’m going back in a couple of weeks to try my hand (or feet, I suppose) at it again.
