What exactly about my response to this question goes against Y/A guidelines?
Question: What is the worst injury you’ve ever had?
Question Details: If you’re lucky enough not to have had a bad injury, maybe you’ve had an extreme surgery. What was it?
Deleted Answer: I was up Hiking on Crystal Mountain here in Washington State in the late Season to do some skiing with Friends. I made the mistake of not following my chosen ski run and i ended up hitting a couple trees in mid air at about 40 mph. I broke my Heel into 7 pieces, i totally shattered my Ankle, i fractured my Cheek and i broke my Nose. I also tore one of my Nostrils almost completely off and smashed my Lips really badly. Lost 2 Teeth and broke a couple Ribs. The worst part about that day amazingly enough (after having to be hauled off of the Mountain and driven 2 hours to a Hospital while bleeding) was having to have Tree Pitch scrubbed out of my Nose and Lips with a wire brush. Then of course came getting my Ski Boot off.
They did not know that i had thoroughly damaged my Heel and Ankle yet although i knew it from the gritty rubbing i could feel. So they pulled my Ski Boot off. This made me pass out luckily. I ended up having to have 2 surgeries which ended up being even more painful than the accident. Got my Nose sewed back on and had my Heel screwed back together. Also had the majority of my Ankle taken out and replaced with part of my Pelvic Bone and Coral. I have 3 metal pins 4 screws and 2 metal plates in there. It took me a full year before i could walk semi normally again and it still hurts me but it is not bad enough not to be able to cope.
Well they dont have a button i can push to put proper puncuation in sorry. LoL.

Looks like a legitimate answer to me but those idiiots that work for Yahoo Answers wouldn’t know a legitimate answer if it bit them on the @ss. They probably consider it to be "chatting." Back when they used to tell you what rule you supposedly violated, they often accused me of "chatting" when, in fact, I was just giving a detailed and thorough answer.
But those cretins that work for Yahoo can’t read without moving their lips and consider long answers to be "chatting." That’s my guess.
Welcome to YaHELL.
I suggest that you fight it. Go to the upper right hand part of this screen, click onto the "Forum" link then click on the "Appeal a Violation" link. It’s a slim chance at best but the only time I’ve gotten them to reverse themselves was by doing that. It’s rare but once in awhile they realize their mistake. Good luck!
my opinion: the quesion should have been deleted. it sorta falls under chatting. someone got upset with your answer and reported you out of meanness, unjustified, reason.
Appeal the violation, it’s a valid answer to the question. It may take 2 appeals. It needs to be done so that the reporter doesn’t gain trust.
That seems to be quite an intelligent legitimate answer.
I suggest you clearly state that when you reply to the violation notice.
Hmmm… Well, you did spell the word "hiking" with a capital "h" in the middle of a sentence…. So, that must be it.
