How can I prepare myself for the upcoming ski season tricks?
Besides keeping in shape, is there a way to begin to train myself for trying new tricks this ski season? Any suggestions? Any practices?

Do some diving and take up gymnastic class. Start doing tumbling, trampoline and some swing work all of this is to get you aware of your body, and balance and how to control your self while in the air.
if you dont live near any ski resorts you should try some of those indoor ski place like in milton keynes and the one in milton keynes normally has some grinds and some ski lessons which you could take upon to.
trampoline, diving, one of those big ramps that goes in to a pool if you live any where near one.
Aside from the physical training options already mentioned…
how about mental training.
I swear that some of the better or more realistic driving video games out there have helped some with my driving skills. The act of having to be aware of what going on around you has been good mental excercise for real life situations.
I would have to think that with the newer current gaming systems there has to be one or more video games that could help with your mental sharpness.
Go take a trampoline class this will give you some air awareness so you can get used to spins and flips. You can get a trampoline your self and practice spins and flips that what i do. For rails i really wouldn’t know just have good balance but if your skiing in the park you probably already very comfortable with your skis.
trampolin, maybe gymnastics, and swimming. why not those artificial skiing slopes. keep in shape. sorry i dont have any ideas
could anyone answer my question please?
