How long should i work out on my skiers edge machine per day or how many reps and sets should i do?
I am on a ski team and i need to start training for the season and lose some extra belly fat and i was wondering if anyone knew how many reps and sets i should do per day on my skiers edge machine or for how long i should do it for. Anything helps. Thank you!

Start easy and work your way up. It’s early in the season and conditioning can come in a hurry as long as you avoid injury. Many teams are training on snow for the next month and will be ready to take September off. Use the edge machine for precision work of Balance and edge control. The steering and pressure will come with other exercises.
First day have fun on the machine, 15 minutes is plenty to start, then decide if it was too much. Work it easy first then more intense for a short period of time. This works great for Sl and GS events, not as good for DH.
Well than you just picked the right machine to do that! I usually do mine for about and hour a day. That itself burns more than 1000 calories, so you will probably lose a ton of weight, too.
