How long should i workout on my skiers edge or how many reps?
I am on a ski team and i need to start training for the season and lose some extra belly fat and i was wondering if anyone knew how many reps and sets i should do per day on my skiers edge machine or for how long i should do it for. Anything helps. Thank you!

Hi there, i myself do a LOT of skiing and know what it may feel like to be out of shape. The skiers edge machine is great but not if you want to lose that belly fat. Plain and simply - to lose weight you want to be burning more calories than you are consuming. You naturally burn about 2200 a day, so - don’t eat too much - and GO RUNNING!!It’s by far the best way to burn calories.
In response to your skiiers edge machine - not too many reps at all - low reps and high resistance.
