Fitness question: help me?
So is it ok if I do exercising 5 out of the 7 days? And sometimes I do 6 out of 7. For the 5 out of 7 days, I do modified cross country skiing, and we do running, rollerblading, and strength training in the triceps, biceps, legs, abs, etc..

That’s more than enough. most people need to get at least 3 days of exercise a week. you’re doing above and beyond that !
