		<description>I don't know about any pt exercise, but I go for the traditional exercises. 

Squats
Leg Presses
Leg extensions

These should strengthen the quads. Of course you will probably have to go to a gym to perform them correctly.</description>

		<description>There will probably be some disagreement, but squats done properly can be very beneficial for people with weak knees. Form is the most important thing to pay attention to, as poor form can do more harm than good. People who complain about squats usually aren't doing them right. 

Don't use any weight or speed until you have the movement down correctly and focus on getting a full range of movement.

I've talked to several people who have actually said their knees have gotten better after doing squats. Like I said though, correct technique is crucial.</description>
