exercises that burn off a lot of calories…?
ok, so one of my friends dared me to eat a whole box of twinkies (lol i got 50 bucks out of it) and now i feel kinda gross so i was wondering what hardcore excercies i can do to burn off all those calories. i’m gonna go skiing tommorow and i have dance classes the day after that. any other ideas? thanks

hahah 50 bucks, nice!
i would run or swim really fast for a long time haha. or just keep doing crunches, push ups, and planks. but skiing and dance class should definitely get rid of it too
lol…. do some cardio exercises there basically the best work outs … jumping jack , running in place, crunches, whatever makes u feel the burn is the best
