How long do you think I should rest from ACL injury?
Around the end of January 2010, I hurt my ACL in a ski accident. My left knee clicked when I fell down and I couldn’t move for a few minutes. A month has passed since then. I have been to the gym last week just for 3 days but focusing more on upper torso exercises and leg stretching in the end of every session. Last night I went to play indoor soccer but the pain came back instantly after a few minutes in the game. How long do you think I should wait to be engaged in sports again?

My understanding is that it takes a long time for ACL healing. You need to see a physical therapist.
Ask your doctor. Seriously, your doctor is the best one to tell you. But you can try gradual exercises and see how it feels. The best is exercising in a swimming pool.
