Motivation to do exercises?
Last year I went on the school ski trip and got into a routine of exercises and work-outs several months before the trip. I’m going again this year and I keep trying to get back into the routine of exercising but I can’t seem to keep motivated. I’ll exercise for a set amount of time each day for about a week and then I’ll end up forgetting or not bothering.
Does anyone have any ideas that can help motivate me to get back into my routine? (Constructive ideas, not stupid ones, please)

Put in your headphones and listen to your music while walking or jogging; you’ll be amazed at how fast time goes by
Make t-shirts that remind you what you want to achieve. They do this at my gym and I thought it was cheesy at first, but it kinda helps. Put things like "get rid of this extra 5 pounds, walk down the aisle, have more energy to be with my family" etc. Make a poster with some of your goals on them, and pictures from last years trip and put it in your bathroom or a place where you will look at it a lot. Also, maybe join a "boot camp" style fitness class. They have them around, and they are pretty inexpensive and generally last about 5 or so weeks. They are very successful, and challenge you to change up your goals. Good luck!
Think about how great your body/muscles will look after you work out. That’s what I do!
