my dream was that i was with 2 people, one i didnt really see, and the other was a little girl. we got lost and we were trying to find our way, there was mostly snow and ice everywhere. and there was also a body of water under the thin ice. the little girl walked over a patch of thin ice and fell through, she started screaming saying that it hurts and its freezing, that she couldnt breathe and i saw her drown. the other person i was with was too scared to go in and get her so i immediately jumped in. once i hit the water it hurt so much, i couldnt breathe also because it was so cold. and i had to break some of the ice with my hands so i can get to her and that hurt even more. when i finally got her, she had to ride on my back because she could barely walk. i didnt really have the strength to walk either but i carried her anyway. we finally out of no where find a city and we got on a bus to go home. then the dream ended.
also, i remember this one piece of a different dream, i was skiing or ice skating on snow, i was going faster and faster but then i slammed right into a fence and fell down, but i got back up like nothing happened.
what does it mean?
and please dont copy it off of dreammoods.com or any other site.

I have a husky mix that’s about a year old, and she has a very heavy fur coat. I’m worried about her becoming overheated during exercise, because during the winter, we would cross-country ski for 1-2 hours nearly every day. Now that it’s warmer outside, I don’t want her to overheat when we go out, but she is used to a lot of daily activity. About how much walking/running does she need on a daily basis? She always has water available, and she even gets Frosty Paws when I think she might be too hot.

Seriously can you learn to ski when you are this large? More importantly can you do it without looking like a fool more so than any other skinny person? I would love to add skiing to my exercises to lose weight

Last year I went on the school ski trip and got into a routine of exercises and work-outs several months before the trip. I’m going again this year and I keep trying to get back into the routine of exercising but I can’t seem to keep motivated. I’ll exercise for a set amount of time each day for about a week and then I’ll end up forgetting or not bothering.
Does anyone have any ideas that can help motivate me to get back into my routine? (Constructive ideas, not stupid ones, please)

Hi i live in Mt. Sterling Ky and i like to do a lot of outdoors things but there is not a lot places around were that offer the type of extreme sports that i like. The bike trails are ok but pretty much every trail has horses and what not on it so it destroys them making them no fun at all. Also there is good place to 4×4 but they are all being closed for some reason. and there is no were close to go snowboarding around here. the closes places is like 2 and half hours away. So what would be a good place to move to for all of the above and more also i love to rock climb basically any things that is extreme sport i like to do. Thanks for your help.
