I have a pair of skis and when i got them i wasn’t a very good skier but since going out west I’ve become a lot better but i need to get my bindings tighter so my skis don’t come off.

I am on a ski team and i need to start training for the season and lose some extra belly fat and i was wondering if anyone knew how many reps and sets i should do per day on my skiers edge machine or for how long i should do it for. Anything helps. Thank you!

I would take the Broken Arm any day of the week, I have had a 3rd Degree Seperation and never regained 100% strength in my left shoulder. It was nasty god awfull gut wrenching pain!
Of course it being on a ski hill and the blizzard and 6 hours to get to the hospital did not help.
