It is a task to be done in English (I’m not a Native English Speaker).
Summarizing, I have to recommend (or not) a job and say why. Imagine how detailed it has to be: between 180 and 220 words must be written.
The style must be between informal and neutral, but i find it hard (I usually use neutral to formal)…
My" diary shows:
Augost:
1: Busy day - too much paperwork to do! no chance for anything else.
…
7: Still haven’t done sports. Helped others - enjoyed explaining things to people of different nationalities. English getting better!
…
10: Organised presentation for important English visitors. Good experience
…
21: Finally went canoeing!

Dear Carlo,
Still hesitating about whether or not applying for the job?
I’d say go for it, but first make sure you have the necessary skills and qualifications. As you may have been told, you must at least have taken recognized courses which include water activities and have a track record in it. You do have, right? You’ll have to go canoeing, as well as other exercises, so make sure you are ready for them: (strength, techniques and stamina involved!). You’ll also be asked to be fluent in English: you’ll have to make yourself understood!
As for what the job is about, there are several tasks to do. At first, there is a lot of paperwork, which absorbs all the time, so you must be very patient to bear it.
Anyway, after a week comes the most rewarding weeks of all: you’ll meet people from various nationalities and you’ll interact with them permanently. It’s incredible how quickly English gets better! Having fun while learning some of others’ customs and behavior is an awesome experience that shouldn’t be missed! Days after, you must prepare a presentation for important English visitors, under the pressure of a short time and your boss, who you meet during those days, and is not as friendly as your colleagues. And eventually comes the most adventurous activities, and the guider will be you! From easy ones like driving horses and snorkeling to risky ones like water-skiing, surfing and diving. You’ll finish exhausted, but it will be a challenge you’ll be glad to fulfill!
All in all, this is a recommendable job with a competitive salary which I think you will suit perfectly!
Greets,
Paul.

Probably, there are just a few mistakes, but what I ask for is to change the whole sentences which don’t look good and replace them with better ones. Informal set phrases would be really useful.
Thanks.
